Refund & Return Policy
Returns
We only accept returns if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
Eligibility
- Product must be unused
- Product must be in original packaging
- Claim must be made within 3 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of fragrances, used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refund Process
Once your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund as per case.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.
