1. Overview
At ScentDrive, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help. Due to the nature of our fragrance products, we do not accept returns for opened or used items unless there is a proven quality issue.
2. Eligibility for Return
You may request a return if:
- You received the wrong product
- The item was damaged during delivery
- The product is defective or not working properly
3. Return Window
- You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Claims made after 3 days may not be eligible for return or refund.
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at Support@ScentDrive.com.pk
- Include the following:
- Order number
- Clear pictures of the product and packaging
- A short description of the issue
Our team will review your request and get back to you within 48 hours.
5. Return Approval & Process
- If approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions.
- You must return the product in its original packaging and unused condition.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll confirm your eligibility for refund or replacement.
6. Refunds
If your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed via bank transfer, depending on your preference.
- It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect after approval.
7. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Products damaged by misuse or mishandling
- Used or opened fragrances (unless faulty)
- Items returned without prior approval
